- Can I return my coffee?
Our coffee is roasted and packaged for every order. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns of coffee beans. Please do not return any coffee. If there is any problem with your order, we ask you to contact us via email. We will respond to all service request emails promptly and do our best to correct any issues.
- How long does shipping take?
Thank you for your order! We process all orders as they are received.
All our coffee is roasted to order, which takes time and coordination. As soon as your order is processed, we roast and bag your coffee specifically for you. This allows us to provide the freshest coffee as quickly as possible. However, this process still takes time. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to ship after it is received. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Delivery will take 1-5 business days depending on customer location.
Please note that due to COVID-19, USPS may take an extra day or two for deliveries. Your coffee will arrive right at the peak of flavor. It will be worth the wait! :)
- How are payments processed?
PSTC uses a trusted payment processor to handle all transactions. Your payment information is encrypted through the entire process.
